New Brunswickers deserve better

The doctors of this province are tired of having to read the paper to understand the Alward Government’s latest attempt to salvage their reputation on negotiations with doctors. Our patients would be very surprised if we tried to talk to them through headlines. Frankly, New Brunswickers deserve better from the Premier and his government. 

The Alward Government still refuses to assure patients in this province that it won’t cap their care as soon as it is legally able to. Doctors have an actual plan to improve the health system and tackle its real problems, which is already out in public. There’s so much to do and doctors remain focused on patients for their whole lives – not fiscal years.
